    🐝 What can bees teach us about wellbeing and the w 🐝 What can bees teach us about wellbeing and the way we work? On Tuesday, we had the pleasure of attending the Wellbeing at Work Summit in London, bringing together brilliant people and ideas around creating healthier, happier and more sustainable workplaces. How much do you really know about how a hive gets things done? Bees run one of the most productive and resilient systems in nature - no managers, no Monday morning meetings, no burnout and yet, everything gets done. In the workshop, we explored what’s actually driving that performance: how bees coordinate, distribute work without unnecessary waste, communicate and adapt the moment something changes. But the real value came from holding those insights up against our own workplaces. What can we learn from the way a hive works together? What does resilience look like when the environment changes? And what might nature teach us about creating teams that perform well without compromising wellbeing? We left people with one question to take back to their teams: If a hive can achieve that level of productivity without hierarchy, what is actually getting in the way of ours? 🐝 A huge thank you to everyone who joined our workshop, shared their experiences and got involved. It was fantastic to see so much curiosity, conversation and connection around the hive.
